Please charge it till the battery icon turns green before first use. This does not only kickstart what’s known as a “calibration process,” it will also help prolong the overall lifespan and battery life of the product.
Q: How to charge my Mola UV Toothbrush Sanitizer?
Step 1: Use the provided charging cable and connect the Mola UV Toothbrush Sanitizer into a power source.
Step 2: Leave the UV Sanitizer’s lid open to avoid activating the heating function. By doing so, a red battery icon will appear instead of the heating icon.
Step 3: When the red battery icon turns green, the sanitizer is fully charged. A full charge would take approximately 1-hour.
Note: The 3-minute sterilization will automatically take place every 8-hours till the lid is opened again and the inbuilt timer will be restarted.
Q: How to activate the heater function?
Step 1: Use the provided charging cable and connect the Mola UV Toothbrush Sanitizer into a power source.
Step 2: Leave the UV Sanitizer’s lid closed to activate the heating function. By doing so, a red water droplet (heating) icon will appear.
Step 3: The drying process will take 30 minutes and the heating function will be automatically turn off. The 3-minute sterilization will still automatically take place every 8-hours till the lid is opened again and the inbuilt timer will be restarted.
Note: The heating function is optional for our Mola Sonic+ Toothbrush users as our toothbrush bristles are copper-free (rust-proof to prevent bacteria growth). This heating function will be recommended for non Mola Sonic+ Toothbrush users.
Q: How to install the sanitizer on my wall?
Step 1: Find a suitable location on wall tiles, marble, or other smooth surfaces. Do not select painted walls, uneven walls, or your shower area where water will hit directly. Clean the choosen area and make sure it is dust-free.
Step 2: Tear off the protective film on the given adhesive hook, stick it to the wall, and press around the back panel to ensure no air bubbles are visible. For best results, leave the adhesive hook to set overnight without the sanitizer.
Step 3: Slot in the toothbrush sanitizer according to the adhesive hook structure.
Note: You can remove the toothbrush sanitizer from the adhesive hook in the opposite direction when bringing it for travel.
Step 4: Gently wipe the toothbrush sanitizer occasionally. Do not soak or wash the toothbrush sanitizer directly. Do not reuse the adhesive hook if it was removed from its initial position.
